It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on your destination. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We generally use GLS and CORREOS EXP depending on your destination. In selct cases we might use a different courier or a local courier partner.

To cancel an order please send an email to email@example.com. Please include your order reference number in the title of the email. Indicate briefly why you would like to cancel the order. Once we receive your cancellation email we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation emails. Please note, if the cancellation request isn't sent before the item is shipped then we may not be able to refund the shipping charges.

To return an item by post please parcel it up and include a note with the following information:
Your Name Your Order Number Your Email Address The Product Code(s) of the item(s) you wish to return The Reason for the return Whether you would like a refund or an exchange

Please note, if you do not send it by Special Delivery and it doesn't arrive at our address we will not be able to action any refund/exchange, as there is no method of tracking available.
We take the quality of the products we sell very seriously. If you have received a faulty item it can be returned by post or to one of our stores near you.
